These guys are real pros. Start to finish they did a great job for a competitive price. They wrapped and protected every dish, every nic-nak as if it were priceless china. This was one of the best experiences I've had with any of the major transactions in my 52 years, from cars purchased, other movers, etc. Over the past 15 years, I've moved cross-country 7 times and only wish I had known of All Star, Dawn, Ken and their crews since then! Life would be so much better if more businesses in all industries delivered comparable standards of customer service, professionalism, friendliness and integrity.

Joe and Ken remained flexible and available during the time I worked out the details of my move. Their estimate was spot on and services exactly as agreed upon if not more. I would never use any other moving service after using All Star. The fellows were so polite and so prompt and totally professional. And they didn't leave until they felt certain everything was exactly as I wanted it. After I saw how great a job they did moving my daughter's houseful from Texas to Wash. I knew I was safe having them move my things from Texas to California!

Dawn (office), Joe (owner), Ken and Casey, the three loaders, were all very helpful and we were kept informed throughout the process. Our house-hold items were picked up as promised and they went above and beyond to pack and load our items including many items in the garage. In Fresno, Toby and William, the un-loaders were polite and careful not only of our household items, but also of our new home. All items arrived without damage even two ice cream cones that were packed with other items! We moved from Houston, TX to Fresno over the holiday season and our items were in our Fresno home on New Years Eve. Highly recommended by John and Nelfa.

You were always so friendly and helpful and timely in getting our questions answered. All the men who worked with us from Ken's estimate visit to the crews who loaded us in Texas and unloaded us in Arizona were just great. Incredibly hard workers, considerate and friendly. I talked to at least six other moving companies. Some didn't make in-home estimates. One stood us up on their estimate appointment. One had a pushy salesperson. Some were too expensive. None of them had the full package of professional, pleasant and reasonable price that All Star had. Thank you so much for how everyone at All Star took good care of us -moving across the country is very stressful and you all made it so much easier for us. Our money was well spent with you.

I was absolutely pleased with the efficiency with which the entire transaction took place, from the initial contact to the way the guys packed and took excellent care of my belongings. The guys that unloaded also did an excellent job. I have some antiques that all arrived in excellent condition. My experience was absolutely a positive good one. The crew arrived at exactly the time they said they would, worked very hard and packed up the truck in a timely manner. On delivery they were a day early and again arrived at the time they said. I was extremely pleased.
